Soy una ferviente luchadora por los Derechos Humanos, y seguidora leal de la Revolución Ciudadana Impulsada por nuestro Presidente Rafael Correa. Creo en un su visión incluyente en relación a las poblaciones vulnerables. Sin embargo ahora me encuentro en una encrucijada, pues he sido desginada como 3era vocal de junta #137 de VARONES, sin ellos conocer (creyendo yo así que el CNE desconoce) que soy transexual…

Llevo una batalla legal con el Registro Civil por cerca de 2 años a través de la Defensoría del Pueblo (Que aún no entiendo porque dilatan tanto el proceso), para que se me reconozca como sexo FEMENINO, no por usurpar lugares dentro de la dictonomía patriarcal biologicísta «mujer», impuesta en la sociedad, sino por cuestiones meramente de Derechos Humanos… y he aquí una vulneración más de mis Derechos (Y de las transexuales seguidoras de mi lucha) cuando en la constitución desde el 2008 se reconoce la identidad de género… es decir en que genero se identifique cada persona.

Ahora estoy entre mi repuesta como «ciudadana» o mi «reveldía» por hacer prevalecer mis derechos ciudadanos…

Compañeras y compañeros… ¿Ustedes que harían en mi lugar?

Wear a legal battle with the Civil Registry for about 2 years through the Public Defender (That still does not understand why so lengthy process), so that they recognize me as female, not to usurp places within the patriarchal dictonomy biologist «woman» imposed on society, but merely issues of  Human Rights … and behold a furtherviolation of my rights (and the followers of my fight  transgender) where in the constitution since 2008 recognized gender identity …ie that each person is identified gender.

Now I’m between my response as «citizen» or my «rebel» forcitizens to assert my rights …
